Jacava: Too Hot To, Red Velvet, and Cherry Brandy*

Hi all,

I have some gorgeous colours from Jacava London to show you today.  These are some of their latests releases and are definitely brilliant additions to the Jacava family.

First up I have Too Hot To.  This is a stunning deep red with a metallic shimmer running through it.  This was thicker than other Jacava polishes I have tried before but was still very easy to apply.  I have used two coats for full opacity.  I found that the first coat was slightly streaky, but I think that's always the case with a darker colours.  This is a really christmassy red and would be brilliant for the holiday season.

Second I have Red Velvet.  As you can see this is a deep ruby shade of red that's super glossy.  Again I have used two coats, but on my index finger it seems that I have added a thicker second coat than on the other nails.  You can see from this how the colour can change as you layer it up.  This is the perfect red to add a classy touch to an outfit.

Last but not least I have Cherry Brandy.  I think this has to be my favourite of the three that I have for you today.  This is a gorgeous deep purple berry colour.  I have used two coats here which gives a really lovely finish.

I have topped all the swatches off with Jacava's Top Coat with UV Inhibitor.  It's such a glossy top coat and really gives a brilliant shine to all of the colours.

Jacava polishes are all 8 free (free from DBP, Camphor, Formaldehyde, Toluene, Collophane, Parabens, Phthalates and Animal Ingredients. They don't test on Animals and their nail polish is Vegan friendly).  They are available from their website for £14.50 per bottle.  Whilst that is on the expensive side for nail polishes they are long lasting and do not chip easily.  The formula is lovely and how many polishes in your collection are 8 free?  I'd love to know what you think of Jacava polishes and if you've tried any, let me know in the comments

Thanks for stopping by
Aimée x
